Use the secure link in your confirmation while the business's notice period allows it. After that deadline, or if the link does not work, contact the business. The business's own terms apply.

Check your spam folder and the email address you entered. For your account, you can request another verification email. If an appointment confirmation is missing, ask the business whether the booking is in its calendar before booking again.

At businesses with online booking, choose a treatment, staff member and available time. Check the details before confirming. You pay the business for the treatment; EuroZena does not take this payment online. Contact businesses without a booking calendar directly.

You need an account with a verified email address. Without a linked appointment, you can write one general review per business. The verified booking label appears only for a matching past appointment in the calendar. Owners cannot review their own business; authors can withdraw their review.

Plus and Studio offer a 7-day trial, once per business. A payment method is required upfront at checkout. Afterwards, €4.99 or €14.99 is billed automatically each month, excluding applicable VAT. Cancel before the trial ends to prevent this billing.

Open billing settings in your dashboard and go to the secure Stripe portal. There you can see the end date and stop renewal. During a trial, cancel before it ends to prevent the subsequent monthly charge.

No. The platform is available in 30 languages, but your business name, description and services remain in the language you enter. Choose the language that suits your customers and check your own text.
