EuroZena is the beauty, hair and wellness platform operated by Nuno Art. For questions about the platform, your account or personal information, contact:
Nuno ArtWe process your name, email and account information to provide access to EuroZena. Passwords are stored as hashes. Business details you publish, including the name, address, contact information, services, prices, photographs and opening hours, appear publicly on the profile and, with Studio, on the business website.
A booking contains the service, team member and time you select, your name, email and, if provided, telephone number and notes. The relevant business receives this information to fulfil your appointment. The management link in your email is private: share it only with someone authorised to manage your appointment.
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, topic and message to answer your question. Your message goes to EuroZena support and is not published on your profile. Temporary security counters limit abuse. Form contents are not sent to Analytics.
Your chosen public name, rating, review text and date appear on the business profile and its website. Your email is not published with the review. We use your verified account and, where applicable, your booking to prevent abuse and duplicate reviews. You can withdraw your own review.
A business may offer its own newsletter. Signing up is optional and separate from creating an account or booking. We store your email address, selected language, consent time and confirmation. You become active on the list only after confirming through the email. The relevant business manages its own contacts and messages; Resend delivers the emails. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Unconfirmed sign-ups expire after 24 hours and are cleaned up. The business can export confirmed contacts.
When you save an account draft, we retain its business fields and current step so you can continue on another device. A draft is private and does not publish your business. Passwords and payment details are not included in these drafts. An enquiry submitted through a business profile or website goes to that business’s private inbox. We store your name, email, optional phone number, message and consent time. This does not confirm an appointment or email delivery. These enquiries become eligible for scheduled removal after 365 days.
Joining a waiting list and receiving return reminders are separate, optional choices. We store your name, email, selected treatment and date range, language and consent evidence. Both choices become active only after email confirmation. A waiting-list message does not reserve a time. Return reminders require consent and a completed appointment and follow the business’s settings. Unsubscribing stops new messages for that purpose; newsletter preferences remain separate. Resend delivers the messages.
With measurement consent, EuroZena counts visits to business profiles and websites on the platform. A random session identifier is hashed per business and UTC day; visit records do not contain an IP address or browser fingerprint. The count does not represent all traffic and excludes customer domains, owner visits, known bots and examples. Measurement records are cleaned up after 365 days. The business sees totals, received enquiries and its own bookings. Returning customers are identified from completed appointments using the same email address.
This separate connection is usable only after EuroZena activates it and you personally grant permission at Google. We use the calendar list for your selection, import busy intervals only and copy treatment, staff and appointment times to a calendar created by EuroZena. Source event titles and attendees are not imported; customer names, contact details and notes are not exported. Google authorization is stored encrypted and used solely for the requested calendar feature, never for advertising, search indexing or AI training. Disconnecting stops imports and removes locally retained busy intervals. Existing Google copies remain; you can remove that calendar in Google. Temporary revocation failures are retried.
For a custom web address, we process the supplied domain name, ownership proof and DNS, SSL and reachability status through Cloudflare. A Studio administrator can create a private subscription link to view appointments in Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. The link contains a secret access token: anyone with the link can view appointment times, services and team members. Customer names, emails, telephone numbers and notes are excluded. You can rotate or revoke the link. Google or Apple controls when the calendar is refreshed.
A necessary secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Your browser also stores your language preference, saved businesses and privacy choice. We load Google Analytics only with your consent, using the same measurement ID as EuroActs. EuroZena visits are distinguishable by their domain and platform attribute. We do not send account information, booking management links or form contents to Analytics. Advertising signals are disabled.
If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice below or in the footer.
Cloudflare provides the application and database, Amazon S3/CloudFront media delivery, Resend transactional email, and Stripe subscriptions and payments. Stripe processes payment card details; EuroZena does not store them. These providers may process information in multiple countries. We use information to provide the service, manage subscriptions and appointments, and secure the platform; analytics relies on your consent.
Profile, account and appointment information remains available while needed for the service and applicable record-keeping obligations. Expired sessions, old verification tokens and temporary security counters are cleaned up. Contact us at the address above to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information. The business also handles questions about information it uses independently for your appointment.
