Nuno ArtCreate profiles only for businesses you are authorised to manage. Keep names, addresses, opening hours, prices, treatments and contact details accurate. You are responsible for your services and the rights to text, photographs and videos you upload. One account can manage several business profiles; each paid subscription covers one business profile.
Free costs €0 and does not automatically convert into a paid plan. Plus costs €4.99 per month per profile. Studio costs €14.99 per month per profile and includes a business website and online booking calendar. Prices exclude applicable VAT; Stripe shows the total before you confirm. Domain registration and additional external services are not included.
Plus and Studio include a seven-day trial once per business. You provide a payment method in Stripe before starting. After seven days, the selected monthly amount and applicable VAT are billed automatically until you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Manage your subscription and cancellation through the customer portal in your dashboard.
Plus and Studio support a EuroZena subdomain and a custom domain. Plus displays your business profile; Studio displays your website with its booking calendar. You register and pay for your domain with your own provider and add the displayed DNS records there. Publication follows ownership, SSL and reachability checks. Both paid plans include an optional newsletter with up to 500 active or pending contacts, 1,000 reserved emails per calendar month shared by newsletters and return reminders, and one newsletter campaign per 24 hours. Send only to contacts who have explicitly subscribed to your business. When paid access expires, the custom web address and new newsletter sending stop; unsubscribing remains available.
The Google and Apple calendar subscriptions are read-only. The separate Google synchronization requires activation and consent: busy periods from selected Google calendars block availability and EuroZena appointments are copied to a dedicated Google calendar. Manage and edit the actual customer appointments in EuroZena. Editing or deleting a Google copy does not move or cancel the customer appointment.
Studio includes an optional waiting list and return reminders with separate customer consent and email confirmation. A message about an opening reserves nothing: the first successful booking receives the time. A waiting-list request receives at most three availability messages. Return reminders relate to a completed appointment and are not sent when the customer already has a future appointment.
Your treatment or appointment is with the relevant business. That business is responsible for providing the service, treatment information, prices and its cancellation conditions. EuroZena provides the booking technology. An appointment is registered only when the server returns confirmation. The personal management link allows rescheduling or cancellation within the configured deadline.
Review honestly based on your own experience. Do not review your own business or submit misleading, abusive or unlawful content. The profile and website display the same published reviews. A verified-booking label means the review is linked to an eligible platform appointment; a verified email address alone does not prove that a treatment took place.
Local pages, sitemaps and structured data help search engines understand the information. Google rankings, stars in search results, visitor numbers and bookings are not guaranteed.
