# EuroZena > A multilingual directory for beauty, hair, nails, massage and wellness businesses in Europe, with business profiles and optional websites and appointment management. EuroZena connects visitors with independent businesses. The business provides its own descriptions, services, prices, images and opening hours. Interface text is available in 30 languages; business-authored text is not automatically translated. Discovery is scoped to the business's actual country and location. Free profiles have direct contact and published business information. Plus costs EUR 4.99 per month; Studio costs EUR 14.99 per month and adds a generated website and online booking calendar. Both paid plans include a business subdomain, custom-domain connection and an optional newsletter with double opt-in, up to 500 active or pending contacts and 1,000 reserved marketing emails per UTC calendar month shared by newsletters and return reminders. Domain registration is separate. Studio adds a consent-confirmed waiting list and optional return reminders after completed appointments. A waiting-list notification does not reserve an appointment. The dashboard reports consenting platform visits, actual contact requests, bookings and returning customers; it does not represent all traffic. Signed-in owners can save private account drafts to continue registration or website editing on another device. Google and Apple calendar subscriptions are read-only; refresh timing is controlled by the calendar application. A separate Google synchronization implementation exports appointments and imports selected free/busy intervals, but it is not active until dedicated OAuth configuration and owner consent are completed. The interface reports its actual configuration status. Paid prices exclude applicable VAT. Plus and Studio offer a 7-day trial, once per business. A payment method is required upfront at checkout. Afterwards, €4.99 or €14.99 is billed automatically each month, excluding applicable VAT. Cancel before the trial ends to prevent this billing. Only published, non-example profiles appear in public business and geographic sitemaps. A location or treatment page is eligible for indexing only when real published profiles match it. Empty locations and demonstration businesses are not evidence of available supply. Check the current profile and booking flow for live prices and availability. Reviews are submitted through email-verified accounts. The email-verification label confirms an account, not a visit. The verified-booking label identifies a review associated with an eligible appointment. General business reviews and booking reviews are distinct. Only actual published reviews contribute to displayed ratings; unrated businesses have no invented score.
